I feel this law firm delivers exactly what it promises. During my consultation, it was clearly explained to me that the low fee quoted only applies if the case remains uncontested. (If my husband decides to hire a lawyer the fee would automatically be over $2000 more.) I was given realistic expectations for timelines, including turnaround on phone calls, etc. You get what you pay for, it’s as simple as that. If you have an uncontested case and follow instructions, they make the process easy and painless. If you have a complicated or contested situation, that will take more time, energy, and effort and therefore more money. If you need someone to hold your hand through the process and require lots of one-on-one, you must be prepared to pay for that level of service AND I would recommend you find a different firm. This law firm is set up to process easy/typical cases in large volume. If you have your ducks in a row and just want a lawyer to process the paperwork, this is a good option.
